How We Got Started
Property Partners is a combination of various partnerships formed over the last thirty-five years. We own, and have developed properties, mostly in Tennessee and Kentucky, but also in Alabama and Georgia. We started with small commercial developments, Save-A-Lot food stores and Dollar General stores. Since then, we have also developed distribution centers, multi-family houses and subdivisions for residential homes.
The principals of Property Partners are Larry Burgess, David Burnett and Don Sidwell, who understand the “power” in partnerships and have partnered with several individuals over the years to accomplish more together.
